Meeting and sauna package – 8h (Mo-Thu 9.00-17.00) 590 €
Meeting and sauna package – 24h (Mo-Fri 9.00-11.00 on the next day) 880 €
Rental rates above apply to the first day. Additional days are priced at 490 € / day (Su-Fri) and 590€ / day (Fri-Su).
Rent includes the following services:
- Usage of both villas
- Large (about 4000 m2) meadow including beach in the summer
- BBQ area (with glass roof)
- Outdoor hot tub (electrical, prefilled and heated)
- Lappish hut with open fire food making area
- Rowing boat
- Stereo system
- Piano

Longer rental times (i.e. week) per agreement.
24h rental time starts at 16.00 and ends on the next day at 12.00, if not agreed differently.

The main building includes a complete dinner set for 12 and excellent food making facilities. You can bring your own foods and drinks, our facilities don’t have license to sell alcoholic drinks. If you need catering, we warmly recommend our partner Hiidenveden Pitomestarit, who offers high quality catering with over 20 years of experience. The Villas have sleeping places for 11 people and for extra housing, we also offer caravans for rent. These can be conveniently situated very close to the Villas due to plentyful space on the property. Each caravan has sleeping places for 4 people. Each caravan’s rental rate (when also renting the Villas) is 280 € for the first day 120 € for any additional day.
Additional services:
- Final cleaning 180 €
- Linen 18 € / person
We are not required to pay VAT, so it will not be added to our prices.

After we have confirmed your booking, you will receive a confirmation email and your booking will be entered on the Hiisi Resort’s booking calendar.
Cleaning
The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning alternatively you may also arrange the cleaning with us for the charge of 180 €.
