The main building features large lounge/dining area, capacitive fireplace, tv-alcove with folding door (including sofa-bed), two bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, always-ready electric sauna, bathroom and toilet. Hot tub is integrated in outdoor terrace.

Villa 1 is suitable for family gatherings and celebration as well as creative meetings with collective. The building has large outdoor terraces on both sides.
